1. Service and eligibility
The Twerity service is operated under the public name Twerity, with support at post@twerity.com. By using an account, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy notice. You must be at least 18 years old.
Twerity helps you save reflections, build a profile and use a Persona grounded in the information you share. It is currently an alpha. Features may have limitations, interruptions or errors. “Your twin for eternity” expresses the product’s ambition and does not guarantee perpetual operation, consciousness, immortality or an exact replica of a person.
2. Your account
You can sign in using a supported email or external identity provider. Pi can create a standalone Twerity account without an email address. Email accounts may require address verification before participation or other protected actions.
Keep your credentials and recovery links private. You are responsible for information you submit and for activities you authorize from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password where applicable and contact support.
Connecting a provider is an explicit ownership-confirmation flow. Existing accounts are not automatically merged based on a similar display name, email or Pi identity. Do not create multiple accounts to obtain duplicate earning rewards or referral benefits.
3. Your content and Persona
You retain rights in the content you provide. You authorize Twerity and its service providers to process and store it to provide the features you request, as described in the Privacy notice. You must have an appropriate right or permission to submit content about another person.
The foundation currently consists of 30 selected-answer questions, with one available per 24-hour earning session. Initial scores use fixed rules. Coverage describes completion rather than psychological accuracy. Buying credits does not bypass this foundation.
AI access, when enabled after completion, may send the necessary message and account context to the configured model provider. Persona output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. It is a reflection tool, not professional medical, legal or financial advice or an emergency service. Verify important conclusions independently.
You can correct current memories and review their original sources. A correction changes the context used for later conversations; it does not rewrite the original recorded foundational choice or its score. You can disable future AI requests from Privacy.
4. TWY credits, earning and referrals
TWY are internal product credits for eligible Twerity features. They are not a crypto-asset, investment, cash balance or interest-bearing deposit. They cannot be transferred between users, withdrawn, sold or redeemed for cash.
A valid daily answer activates one 24-hour earning session. The current base rate is 0.01 TWY per hour, or 0.24 TWY over a full base session. An eligible direct referral relationship currently adds 25% of the base rate only during the time both users have active sessions. The app shows the applicable session and rate.
Rules, limits, packages and feature costs can change as the service develops. We do not promise a fixed future earning rate, a blockchain conversion or any entitlement to a future token. An invitation, a credit balance or participation history is not an investment contract or a promise of income.
Earned, promotional and purchased credits are recorded separately. Credit use can include a reservation while an eligible request is processed. Failed requests are handled according to the product’s verification and reservation rules. Availability of paid features may depend on foundation completion, AI consent, service capacity and account security checks.
5. Purchases and checkout
Credit packages on the website show a TWY quantity and price in USD. Android in-app purchases, when available, use Google Play Billing with the localized price and checkout terms shown by Google. Twerity adds the purchased package only after server verification of a matching completed purchase. Pending Google Play purchases do not grant credits; refunds and payment issues may require Google Play and Twerity support.
Pi payments use a time-limited conversion quote, and supported crypto payments use NOWPayments checkout. The payment provider shows the selected currency, network, final amount, fees and deadline. Review those details before authorizing a transfer.
Credits are issued only after server verification of a matching completed payment. A payment return screen, an invoice being created or a browser tab being closed does not itself prove payment. Partial transfers, wrong networks, additional deposits or unmatched transactions can require provider or support review.
A local Twerity crypto checkout remains active for up to 15 minutes and can be closed to allow a new purchase. Closing it does not necessarily cancel a hosted invoice or reverse a transfer. A matching late payment can still be verified; the same order is credited at most once. Do not pay an old invoice again expecting another package.
The order summary is a product checkout summary and does not itself constitute a tax invoice or proof that funds have settled. For a receipt, duplicate payment, refund question or unresolved purchase, contact post@twerity.com with the order and provider payment reference. Never send wallet keys.
Refunds and payment disputes are assessed with the relevant provider, payment status, credit use and applicable law. We do not promise that a blockchain transfer can be reversed. Nothing here removes statutory consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and respect others’ rights. You must not:
- Automate fake participation, self-refer, create duplicate reward accounts or manipulate timers, payment callbacks or credit records.
- Attempt to access another account, evade security limits, exploit vulnerabilities or misrepresent completed payments.
- Submit unlawful content, stolen credentials, wallet secrets, malware or content that infringes another person’s rights.
- Use Persona to impersonate another person deceptively or present its output as an authenticated statement from that person.
- Click advertisements artificially, ask others to click ads to obtain TWY, or otherwise generate invalid advertising traffic.
We may rate-limit requests, require account or payment verification, review suspicious activity and restrict or suspend abusive use. These measures help protect the service and other users.
7. Changes and account closure
You can export your account information and initiate deletion from Privacy after confirming ownership. Outstanding funds or unresolved payment processing may need to be addressed first. Account deletion removes access to the personal workspace and its credit balance; export important information and resolve purchase questions before you proceed.
Financial reconciliation records can remain after account deletion as described in the Privacy notice. A late payment for a deleted account is reviewed rather than reassigned automatically.
We may change or discontinue alpha features and communicate material changes through an appropriate product notice. We do not exclude liability or consumer protections where doing so would be unlawful. Product information and these terms should be read alongside the specific package and provider checkout shown for a purchase.
8. Support and applicable rights
For account, payment, product or terms questions, contact post@twerity.com. Include only information needed to identify the issue. Do not email passwords, authentication codes, verification links or private wallet keys.
These terms do not limit mandatory rights that apply in your jurisdiction. The version date appears at the top. If material terms change, continued use is subject to the updated notice and any consent or acceptance required by applicable law.
