Twerity is operated under the public name Twerity. This address handles product support, privacy requests and security reports. We do not publish a guaranteed response time; include the details below so your issue can be reviewed accurately.

Sign-in and access
Tell us whether you used email, Google or Pi, what happened, and the approximate time. For an email account, try the password recovery option on the sign-in page first.
A payment to check
Include the Twerity order reference, provider payment or invoice ID, currency and network, and the status you see. A screenshot can help if you hide private information.
Your data and safety
Describe the account data or security issue involved. You can also export data, disable AI and begin account deletion directly from Privacy after signing in.
Keep secrets out of support messages. Do not send passwords, wallet seed phrases or private keys, full OAuth callback links, one-time codes, or verification and recovery links.

I closed crypto checkout. Was the payment cancelled?
Closing the local Twerity checkout lets you start another purchase. It does not necessarily cancel a NOWPayments invoice or reverse a blockchain transfer. Check the order’s status from transaction history before sending additional funds.
Why is Persona still locked after I bought TWY?
Purchased TWY stays in your account, but Persona opens only after 30 actual foundational answers. The standard path offers one question per 24-hour session. A Persona Starter package includes a guided session to complete the remaining questions; credit-only packages do not accelerate them.
Why did editing a memory not change my profile score?
Profile scoring uses the original saved foundational selection. Editing a memory changes the current context available to Persona while preserving the original answer and its evidence history.
Can I combine two existing accounts?
Connecting another login identity requires confirming ownership. Existing account balances, answers and histories are not automatically merged. Contact support before creating extra accounts or assuming a provider connection will move credits.
